Hmmm, I have mixed feelings.
I've never had a note on a boat
because I was able to find neglected, good quality boats, fix them, sail them and sell them for a gain. Buy another, move up in quality and size and keep moving, it's not easy, but it's a better use of time than watching TV.
It's sad to see what some people do to perfectly good boats, but then again it provides opportunities for those of us who have a little skill and energy.
It just kills me though when I see a boat
I restored 10 years before turn up in a local boatyard in **** shape.
Saw one of my original big boats in a yard recently in terrible shape with the drunk owner yacking about what a piece crap it was. Wasn't like that when I sold it.
