you can actually get the pipe very cheap if you look out for a mob or council that puts them up and or demolishes them

I built one 18x 40 Ft. from Electrical conduit. Used a house sewing machine to join 2 rienforced clear tarps at the ridge. Bought a 130,000 BTU kerosene heater like they use in orange groves and a long stack. I was able to burn all the dead diesel from the boats on "Death Row" . Kept the tent around 70F on the coldest day. I would likely opt for propane today as the smudge pot was a bit scary to get going.

I always put my hand tools and a bottle of rum in an old cooler with a 15 watt bulb. Nice and warm. Great way to start the morning!
