Teak tongue and Groove wall paneling

I am in the process of installing an air conditioner and ran into some issues. there is a leak from the window or the instrument mounts just outside and above the window. water has dripped between the fiberglass and plywood. the plywood is soft and just crumbles away in chunks. have a good suspicion it wasn't marine grade ply or even exterior grade.

there is a decent amount of damage. I pulled apart the seat but noticed the wood above and to the left of the seat is also soft. i have been searching the forums and cant seem to get a good place to order this paneling. In the picture you can see it at the sides and above the seat frame. honestly I am not sure if this is tongue and groove or paneling. i have seen pictures of similar that looked like thin T&G teak face on top of thin plywood, which is what this appears to be, but i cant seem to find where to get a sheet of it, or any other info.

does anyone know where I can find this type of paneling? or Tongue and Groove strips?

That wood was probably milled custom by or for the yard in Taiwan

If you can find veneer ply of matching wood, you can use a router to do what I call "cheater tongue and groove". Measure the spacing of the grooves, use a guide of some sort to run the router along, and away you go. We hit on this solution when trying to match the look of the existing v-notch tongue and groove and could not be more pleased. I do have a blog post on how we did it if that would be helpful to post.

Assuming you fix the source of the leak thoroughly before going to all this effort...!

Look for teak boards w/T&G on ebay. There is a ebay place in southern Pa were you could pick them up or they can ship to you.

If not that many, you could possibly make your own. I had some old growth teak w/a plain T&G that I wanted to use for the new cabin sole. I was able to match the T&G w/new 1/4 sawn white oak strips that was used for the stripes. A little bit of work, but not too bad. Phoenix's Flight: Phoenix's New Cabin Sole Part 1: Custom Milling

I Found it here. Nice teak. I don't know if the millwork will match.
