Assuming the condensation is on the inside. There are several things that can affect moisture build up.........................

Circulating air. Is the air stagnate by the aft windows? What is beneath the windows?

Does it occur when your sleeping or at anytime. If you sleep with you head aft this would increase the moisture. Moisture is drawn towards cold.

Temperature differences. Hull construction and/or thickness. Where are the heater vents, if any?

Type of window or frame materials. Metal frames transfer/hold the cold.

These few questions are a good start. Others may have some to add

I'm betting its because your boat's tied up facing south.
