Source of 24oz triaxial and 12oz uni?

I知 looking for these and having a hard time sourcing them. Anyone know of a place to get them?

1 roll 24oz triax. 0/45/45 orientation, no mat, epoxy compatible

And...

12oz uni by the yard. Also epoxy compatible.

Striking out finding this.

Thayercraft? Jamestown Distributing?

Might have to chase down spec sheets, call the manufacturer, etc to be double sure on compatibility. Without the mat chances should be good that you're not dealing with a styrenated binder.

Thayercraft. Glad I started this thread since I致e never heard of them. I値l check that one next.

Jamestown is just awful in terms of pricing and friendliness, but they do seem to have the glass I知 looking for.

Thanks.

Ok, Thayercraft has an AMAZING inventory! Wow! Good stuff. I’ll report on how they were as a supplier after I order from them.

Sounds good Chotu. I have yet to deal with either company nor use fibers that heavy in a project so I will be living vicariously through you at this point.

You could also take a look at Fiberglast.

https://www.fibreglast.com/product/s...s-2808#pricing

Agree with your sentiments about Jamestown, often times now they are too high priced.

Re: Source of 24oz triaxial and 12oz uni?

Good lord. I just got a quote from Jamestown for 2 rolls of glass.

The price was 70% of the price I paid for an entire PALLET 5 feet tall of 36oz triax and specialty biax rolls and tales all precut to widths for tabbing. That pallet was the glass got the ENTIRE BOAT.

I’m giving them a chance to redeem themselves in case the quote was in error before I drop this quote in here with commentary.
