Small orbiter electric buffer for the deck and cockpit

I have been waxing parts of the deck. Got rust on it from changing chain and now cleaning up that mess. I have a great Makita 9227C buffer for the hull, but it is too big on the deck and cockpit.
Probably someone will say do it by hand, and yes that may work but I like to buy tools. Up north I ahve a barn full.
I was looking on-line at the Mikita 4" Electronic Stone Polisher to use as a buffer. Would this work? Not sure if it is orbital. I need something small. 3 or 4 inch, I think 3 inch would be best but not sure.</SPAN>
Anyone else use an electric buffer on the deck and cockpit? Any ideas? (am not waxing where you walk by the way)
