MY SISTER ACQUIRED A FREE SKIPPER 12. I AM TOLD THAT IT IS AN ENGLISH BOAT AND I AM LOOKING FOR RIGGING INFORMATION AND PARTS. hEY THE BOAT WAS FREE. CAN ANYONE DIRECT ME TO WHERE I MIGHT OBTAIN A MANUAL OR PARTS FOR THE BOAT?

While since you posted, but I've just come across your post.
Did you get the information you needed? I'm in UK and have a 12' Skipper and a "handbook". I'll gladly scan its few pages and send photos of mine with explanations if of any help.
