Service life of GRP (FP) production catamarans.

Hi,

Considering options for long term cruising 40 - 46ft cruising cat. Most likely Lavezzi 40, Belize 43 or Bahia 46. From 10 to 20 yrs old.

Is a Casamance 45 - 30yrs old, past safe service life for polyester GRP hulls?
Just interested in hulls service life. Rest of boat another series of questions..

Anyone with first hand experience with 30yr old GRP cats? What happens to the core?
Not sure what Casamance core is? The others above I know-combination of foam and some balsa.

Thanks in advance.
