Selden mechanical backstay in the US?

Hi,
I’m redoing my backstay and looking for an adjuster. My boat is an Islander Bahama 30. I was advised that the Selden mechanical adjuster is very high quality and probably fits my needs (most cruising, some club racing in B fleet…). They’re pretty hard to source in the US. Does anyone know where to find one? Also, how do these compare to the Wichard ratchet backstays? Thanks!

Does it have to be a Selden? How about a Wichard?:

Hi Shrew,

I'm looking for model #174-601-02 which is the large one. I need to 818mm - 1218 size and 3/4" (19mm?) pin size. I have not seen a Wichard marketed in that size.

Hi Zach, if you still need this here is a link to a US distribution outfit.
