Sea Jet 39 antifouling

We had the bottom painted last year in Curacao with Sea Jet 39. We are back in USA and the bottom needs new antifouling. We are advised that Sea Jet 39 is not available and there is nothing compatible. Does anyone have experience of overcoating SeaJet 39 without having to sandblast or otherwise completely remove?
