Gudday!

I'm a first time boat buyer / owner and I'm looking at buying a boat in San Rafael. As an inexperienced purchaser I was wondering if there was anyone in the neighborhood that wouldn't mind coming along to help me assess the boat and give me their opinion? This would be GREATLY appreciated!
