Replacement Light

Has anybody found a source to replace this type of light?

Two years ago I Googled about and found some, but I foolishly didn't save the page nor buy any.

I have at least 4 of these lights, made by Guest. 4" diameter and 7" long. My lights are missing the wood mounting block. Mine are 40+ years old and have some patchy darkening of the globe. PM me for more information.
