Remove cover Oceanis 36cc

I need to check the joints to our cables on the mast on our Oceanis 36cc.

I need to remove the cover in the roof.

Is that a screw/latch, under the finishing washer, at the right?

Pry the off the cap then remove the screw next to the hatch, then pull down. The panel is held up by industrial-strength Velcro.

As I recall the wood strips had velcro and very snuggly fit. There were screws between the panels.
