My apologies for the repeat post but I was not sure if the Post was uploaded. I am looking to
refit later on during the Year a 54
Catamaran which will need to have the Electrics updated from 2000 to
current. I would also like to convert to 12V with
Lithium batteries and
Solar. We would also like to "Wrap" the outdated cherry style
wood to a newer cleaner modern look and will obviously need reupholstering. Then we will also be fitted new Standing
Rigging and Running
rigging. My question is:- Is
South Africa the place to do it or are there more cost effective places like
Thailand or elsewhere as
boatyards seem to come and go like clockwork in
South Africa ?
