Recommended Caulking?

We have 4 opening portlights on our sailboat with a leakage problem. I do need to replace the rubber gaskets that are attached (glued?) to the plexi that seats against the aluminum frame when the window is shut (anyone know a good source for this window gasket?). However, I want to address the ROOT CAUSE of the problem: The sill of the frame has a downward slope, designed to drain water away from the window. Nice concept, except for the fact that the cabin trunk at this location is angled back so much that the sill is actually sloping back slight towards the cabin! Water actually pools up here a little.

The windows have removable screens in front of the plexi, but we never actually remove them. What I would like to do is to put in some sort of caulking or other compound along the bottom sill, in front of the screen frame, that will create a positive slope - i.e., the cross-section if this "filler" piece would be triangular. It would have to feather out at the outer lip of the sill and would certainly get lots of UV. Any recommendations on what material to use here?

Grainger.com for the gasket material, they have all sorts. For the caulk I would use something that is UV resistent and easy to remove. Maybe some type of polysulfide caulk.

The polysulfides arehorrible with UV exposure. A much better choice is 3M 4000UV.
