Hey all! Looking for any
advice, recommendations regarding freshwater
pump, and
bilge pump replacements. Currently I have two shurflow pumps. One for fresh
water and one for
bilge. Just questioning the
bilge pump as it does not seem normal? It seems to
work just fine, has a float and all but wondering if there is something better or more efficient? It still works just a little weak. The fresh
water pump is out so I will be replacing that for sure just wondering if anyone has any pointers or other things I should look at replacing while Im at it.
Moving on to the led
lighting refits. I currently have halogen dome and reading lights and I would like to move to a recessed LED or even a dome LED. Looking at the kits it looks like it just ties into my 12v system without anything crazy? Or is there something else Im missing. Thanks !
Lastly any tricks to fixing leaking hatches and portholes other than pulling them and replacing
seals? I can figure it out but sadly Im away from my
boat til the weekend and thought I would test the waters and hit up my yellow sailors. '
