Portugal refit labour needed

Hello shipmates

I am hoping to begin the refit of my boat very soon and I am looking for Portuguese labour to help me with the refit. If anyone has any contacts for Portuguese staff, preferably with skills in fibreglassing etc, that I could hire on a daily basis that would be very much appreciated.

I alway get casual workers from the contractors on the project , in the shipyard

They have many qualified folks looking for work , but don’t want to hire them due to social charges and seasonal work outlook

These folks are almost always local and know thier way around

Pay is typically in the 20 euro per hour range for skilled casual workers with thier own tool box and a skill set
