Pluggin' Holes

I'm in the process of restoring a 75' Westerly on the hard and from over the years of updating the hull has a few sensors that are no longer used or needed. One is a speed sensor and two others are for depth.

I'm looking for any advice on what to do with them. They aren't leaking but I would like to remove them. I'm just unsure as to how i would repair them. I know the worst case scenario would be to glass the holes but are there any products for filling these thru holes. I imagine there must be a standard size for sensor's and such in the industry so it's not hard to believe some one has taken advantage of that corner of the market and made prodcuts for this type of thing.

Any advice and/or comments are welcome!

The homes are too. Large to fill with putty or thickened resin. Grind a divot in the hull and laminate in a patch. Easier if you have access from both sides as you can grind shallower divots on each side and fill from both sides.
