Palm tree sap

My marina berth is about 10' from some palm trees. Over the last year I am seeing black spots on the deck and some of the teak. I'm thinking a dilute bleach solution and lots of scrubbing but would cheerfully spend if some commrcial product would save scrubbing time or anyone has another solution.

tried small area using cider vinegar I had on hand. On the teak was like magic-wipe on, wipe off. Deck was slower but it's clear letting the vinegar sit for a bit, then some scrubbing followed by water rinse will work. Again many thanks
