Painting the inside of aluminum water tanks

I have just prepped the inside of one of my water tanks that had some corrosion inside and I plan to prime with Sigma prime 200 which the tell me is toxic. On top of that primer I had planned to use International interseal which they have only in 5 liter cans and that paint is a 2 part epoxy paint like the Sigma 200. My tank is only 100 liters so I just don't ant to buy such a large amount of paint at a price of about $80. Does anyone know of another alternative to cover the toxic Sigma 200 primer that I can hopefully buy in a 1 liter container?
