Painting Aluminum Steering Wheel

so i decided to refinish the paint-flaking aluminum wheel on my C&C.

i already wirebrushed it down to the aluminum, sanded, washed, and primed it with a self etching spray primer.

now im debating my choice for the final coat(s)...

i am pretty set on using spray cans, and I just picked up a can of white gloss spray paint... plain jane...

now i know the majority of the finish quality and lifespan will depend on my prep and primer adhesion, but im pretty sure i did good there. im just wondering if theres a better/special paint i should be using for the top coat because of UV exposure and the weather factor. also, does a clear coat sound in order?

any ideas/suggestions?
