Here is a real challenge. Winaway, a 1924 Schertzer Raised
Deck Cruiser in seriously bad condition.
She has issues with sitting on a
trailer for far too long which has caused some hogging to Starboard.

and

She also needs about 25 planks replaced.

and

The upper section and wheelhouse are in decent shape.

with the exception of the back wall port side.

The
interior isn't too bad.

and the
deck is mostly ok.

and
Some of the planking to starboard has
plywood screwed over it which leads me to believe we'll be replacing the planking there. The initial plan is to build some framework to attach to the starboard
hull so we don't have to put stands under that starboard side. We'll use templates made from the port
hull frames (which are not hogged out) to replace the starboard framing. I'm hoping I don't have to pull the house and roll her over to do this.
