New Nonskid on Deck

We are having our deck awlgripped and they are probably adding Interlux non-skid additive for the areas on the deck that need it. My question is how easy is it to clean as I have seen some decks with new nonskid that seemed to be dirty all of the time but don't know what they added. Does anyone have any experience with these products? Thanks

Add it during the primer stage (they should be doing that anyway). You can get smaller grit which is easier to clean, but it's really not that much harder to clean.
