Thanks for the clarification Deep. I learn new things every day but I don't know how that can be happening unless there's a defect in the pump, or a short circuit or one way leak caused by a defective or missing check valve. Let's see how the boat owner/initial poster responds.

Deep frz.,
The difference of turning to port side vs turning to starboard remains 35 %, Always, and continuous.
