need boatyard space for refit

I am looking for somewhere to refit my boat for the summer and beyond. I have a quote from a yard in Germany at 0.90 euros per m2 per month which I am happy with. However I would prefer somewhere in southern/western europe.

Does anyone have any suggestions ?

What needs refitting on the boat? If it's just space you need, you could always try Nazare on the Portuguese Atlantic coast. There's huge amounts of concrete hard standing, an 80t travel lift, town is close by and the local fabricator can make anything and everything. There's also an engineering workshop close by that are brilliant.

From memory, cost for my 43ft x 11.5ft ketch was 160EUR per month.
