Moisture Cure Urethanes (MCU) for steel boats

This haulout we are looking at switching to a single-part moisture cure organic zinc urethane primer. Does anybody here use it?

I have used Ameron (PPG), International and Jotun epoxies over the decades with pretty good success, but moisture cure seems to be the next level. Several big manufacturers make similar formulations. I will post details if there is interest.

The big issue to deal with is shelf life of opened cans (1 week).

Actual experiences greatly appreciated! Can we please keep the thread on steel hulls and MCU? I know many love their Coal Tar...
