Looking for 1/2" solenoid valve for seawater

We wish to insert a normally closed solenoid valve in the sea-water feed to our watermaker to prevent backflow of fresh flushing water.
(We have a manual valve, but it is too often forgotten)

Pressure is not an issue, well below 10 psi

In searching, US Solid pops up all over the place, at varying prices for same valve. One example

There is a similar brass valve too.
Specs are good, but reviews awful. Valve does not hold closed, internals are not corrosion resistant. short life Etc

Many other brands of valves look extremely similar, perhaps from same factory.
Seem that inacceptable quality valves have flooded the market (at surprisingly low prices too)

This type of valve is used very extensively in industry and long lived consumer products.
Where can I buy a good quality one?

It sounds to me that a check valve might be a better choice. More reliable, if you can draw past it.
