Lofrans tigres and quick remote chain counter sensor location?

Hello I've got a lofrans tigres with the quick remote handheld chain counter ( ch 1102m) Looks like installing the sensor isn't to straight foreward has any one installed the counter? The magnet ans sensor?

I just purchased a boat that has the same set up. I checked the wiring on the windlass and it does have some wires marked sensor. However, I cannot find a sensor on the windlass and the chain counter is not working. I know it's been a while since you've posted this question but hopefully someone has new information now.
