Don't forget to go through the bins at businesses who work with plastics. I get lots and lots of plastic off-cuts for inspection covers, winch mounts and all sorts of things from a crowd that makes up plastic signs. I got two sheets of plastic large enough to make a door to the shower/toilet.
(You can see their bins on the RHS of the photo).
