Inflatable Antifouling Paint

Being tired of removing barnacles/grass/slime from our 10' Achilles inflatable (with inflatable floor) both in the Chesapeake/ICW/Abacos, we are considering using 'inflatable antifouling paint'. It appears that MDR and Pettit are the predominant makers of this paint. We tow the inflatable most of the time (Chesapeake, ICW and the Bahamas), but carry it partially inflated on the foredeck during crossings. Wondering if the paint is effective and worth the effort/cost.. Also, when carrying the boat on deck, does the paint rub off when one brushes up against the painted surfaces. Comments pro/con appreciated.
