Hynautic RV-60 hydraulic resevoir problem/ question

We have a hydraulic autopilot. The WH autopilot uses a Hynautic RV-60 reservoir to hold excess hydraulic fluid.

There are two pressure release bolts on the pressure relief valve on the reservoir that are used to bleed the system. When I last bled the system (2 years ago) one of these bolts sheared off. This sheared bolt broke right where the factory drilled it and inserted a roll pin. This function is to stop from over tightening the bolt. Its a very poor design as it really weakens the bolt,

I contacted the manufacturer and they said I need to replace the whole pressure relief valve for between $225-$300 dollars. I wanted to take it to a machine shop here in Ecuador and have them make me a new bolt. But the bolt must have a shoulder on it as it only unscrews only so far before stopping.

I know a number of these units have failed at this bolt? Has anyone pulled the bolt out and had a new one made. If so how did you remove the bolt?
