HYDROVANE ON A MOODY 49

Dear all,
This is a very specific question as I am trying to find advice about fitting a Hydrovane on a Moody 46,47 or 49.* The H plate has to be fitted near the water line and that is difficult on my Moody 49.* The top A Bracket is fine.
Has anyone got experience or knowledge to share.* I known a Moody 47 AFAR had this done.* But I cannot find the owner. Does anyone know them or maybe the new yachts name.
Can anyone provide the specific advice.
The attached pic shows the preferred fixing point.* How can I hold the nuts or bolts on the inside? ie how to get access.* Do I have to cut an access hole?
