How many sailors does it take to change a lightbulb?

Ok so my boat, which I've had for 5 years has had two dome lights go dark this spring. I can't figure out how to open up the dome to change the bulb! I don't want to break anything (my slip neighbor suggested a crowbar). Here is what the dome light looks like:

Anybody know how to change the lightbulb?

Thanks,

A small flathead screwdriver is what I use. Be gentle. Try turning it first to see if it rotates.

Looks like a light made by Guest. Capn Bill is on the right track. You might not even need the screw driver. Just kind of push in at the edge of the lens, it should pop out.
The answer to your question is apparently a bunch of sailors, but at least they will get it done. Power boaters just pay to have it done. How smart can any of us be? We own boats!

That did the trick! Easy to do, now that I know how. So the number of sailors required has dropped back to one...

Thanks, everyone!
