Haul out Lagoon 440 for refit east coast Florida

My family and I just purchased a Lagoon 440 in Fort Lauderdale. We are looking for recommendations on boatyards on the east coast of Florida that can haul us out and store for a couple months while do a refit. Looking for somewhere that will let us stay on the boat periodically while we complete most of the repairs ourselves. If anyone has done something similar we would love to hear about your experiences good and bad. Thanks in advance.
