Hatch Fastener- Sourcing

I have a hatch which covers a locker under the cockpit floor. The hatch sits flush with and forms part of the floor and in held in place by gravity!!

I want to keep it in place in the event of a knock down or rough weather.

I remember seeing in a yachting mag a while ago a nifty catch system that sits flush with the floor and is endone with a special tool or even a screw driver. The use given was to secure cabin soles and you also needed a special cutting tool to install them flush.

Does any one have any advise as to where I can get these from?

I think you are referring to the fasteners sold by PYI. I have some, but have yet to install them so I can't offer an experience as to their value (they are expensive). Anyway here is link to the PYI site.
