hard dodger final fit.

HEre are pictures of the new hard dodger top in its final fitting stage

next step is to add the front and sides.
the fitting took longer than the making. Front and sides will also be of ABS with Eisenglass ports.

You're building it with ABS? Wow! I'm thinking that's a great idea. I've been laboring with the idea of making one in FRP. How thick is the ABS?

Although I might suggest Makrolon rather than Isenglass or Strataglass. You'll be amazed at the clarity due to the semi rigidity. Holds up MUCH better too.

I am going to keep my front and sides in canvas with the sewn in Makrolon so they can be removed easily when I want the air flow. They attach to the deck with kettering and track so as to have a clean attachment that won't allow water thru.
