hand rail both inside and outside

would like to add hand rails to the inside of salon also would like to add new hand rails to the outside, any way to combine both with one attachment, limited holes thru cabin top

Our boat was originally supplied with matched inside/outside teak handrails. The screws from outside were bolted inside of the inside rails and all holes were bunged.

We replaced the exterior rails with custom made stainless to match our existing holes and mate up to our existing interior handrails.

Not hard to do at all. Just need long enough bolts to connect the two together. Might need to use threaded rod with nuts on each end. One of my previous boats had that setup. On that one if the inside rails weren't there the bolts and nuts for the outside rails would be visible on the overhead. The inside rails might have been added just to hide those.
As long as the inside and outside rails are the same, everything should line up fine.
