Hake Seaward 25 Center Board Trunk Leak

I have recently purchased a 1987 Hake Seaward 25. While cleaning the cabin we became aware of water drizzling out of the center board trunk. Has anoelse had an issue like this with a Hake Seaward 25? What can be done about this?
