guys i need some serious Fleming wind vane help!!!!

Hi folks, my wind vane seemed to have frozen to where it won't move, I took the cover of to the small moving parts " don't know what they are called to I will call it the spring and clicker thingy". Thought that they were fastened down but u was wrong, went to bump it to make it budge and they all popped out...WTH!!! Does anyone know of anywhere in the states where I can get replacements without having to call New Zealand???
