Fuel / Pump out connection?

Hi all, is there a standard size fitting used for the diesel filler cap and the black / grey water pump out connection. Thanks in advance

When I ran the pump out boat for my town, all pump out deck caps were 1 1/2".

Thanks for your reply , we are not required to have holding tanks in this part of the world , just trying to comply at the moment , can I ask another question please,
Is the boat pump used for the pump out or is it "sucked" out by the pump out boat/ jetty

ISO 8099:2000 (Toilet waste retention systems) specifies a minimum hose diameter of 38mm (± 1 1/2").
