Where's the structure? You have core and paint. Your missing the glass or other composite material.

As others have said. Paint is not laminating resin. Its cure properties are different. Reason that no one is using paint as a laminating resin is because there are products that are cheaper and better to use for laminating. Im stunned if the manufacturer would suggest you use this product for a structural layup.
