Epoxy can't actually be used for EVERYTHING.

I'd never have thought it to be true, but Epoxy isn't the miracle product we all thought it was.

Here's actual proof, you can't use epoxy for everything!

I'm not big on useless threads. But this article really caught my eye.

Cheers.

If it was only 5-minute epoxy, I expect the woman was less than thrilled.

What can happen from closing one's urethra is that the urine backs up till the bladder bursts, and that is enough to cause death.

I have discovered a number of times via misadventure that Super Glue provides an excellent bond to skin.

Actually, the epoxy did work exactly as they’d planned.
It just had some unintended side-effects!

Re: Epoxy can't actually be used for EVERYTHING.

I read the article a few days ago, however if I recall correctly the cause of death was a reaction to his huffing, or inhaling, the fumes combined with the side effects of other drugs.

IF I recall this correctly, perhaps the epoxy did work as a prophylactic. As an additional benefit, it seems one or both was removed from the gene pool. Remember, every pool needs skimming, including and especially the gene pool!

Re: Epoxy can't actually be used for EVERYTHING.

Perhaps off topic-certainly less prurient : I tried to get a luthier friend to use epoxy on his guitars and mandolins and was categorically denied. So there are at least two uses that are not indicated.
