DIY storage and work yard for 50' tri in mex

Need an affordable and competent yard in mex or ca that can accommodate a 50' x 28' tri for drying, rehabbin, prepping, painting and general maint.
Leaving from half moon bay in feb march.
Would like a railway over travel lift and blasting services would be a plus as well, must allow diy though.
Thanks

It's been YEARS since I was there, but LaPaz had a yard next door with a ramp haulout.
