Demasting, Part 2

Well the yard is about done repairing their screw up dropping my mast.....

Slowly forward ..this is a test of patients to be sure.

Guess I should have recaped...figured most regulars around here knew already.

Yard droped my mast and layed it over in the partners a couple months ago.

Second picture is looking up at partners from inside...They have a little glass work to do yet/

We had ours off for a year and 7 months. Just had it stepped again two weeks ago. Brutal process to have it off the boat for so long. Repaired the spar itself, then gone a lot of rigging done.

Not a superstition. Use the coin if (God forbid) you become shipwrecked. Of course the nickel I put under my mast won't get me too far should I find myself shipwrecked in Bermuda.
