CopperCoat and Sikaflex

I am having both new seacocks and CopperCoat applied. The hull has been stripped back and the seacocks have been installed prior to applying the CopperCoat. I would have have expected the other way around to be better! The seacocks have been sealed with Sikaflex 291i. My question. Once the Sikaflex residue surrounding the seacocks has been removed will the CopperCoat properly adhere to the surface? Any precautions required? Thanks.
