Converting twin aft cabins on Elan 434

I am looking at buying a used (2006) Elan 434, version 1 (Charter version, 4 cabins) and I want to convert the two aft quarter berths into one, full beam owners cabin. Of course, there are different versions of the Elan which already have this large owners cabins, but they are up to $100,000 more expensive than an ex-charter boat.
Obviously, the cabin layout is not the only difference between a regular owners version which has not been charted, and an ex-charter boat, but unfortunately, my budget is limited so I need to discover if a conversion would be possible.
Any ideas would be most appreciated!
