Re: Cleaning the hull, without removing antifoul

we use scrapers as mentioned above, and get at least 2 years from a double coat of Micron. When we used to use a brush, the water would be blue with all the expensive ablative paint we were ablating off but when we finally wised up and started just taking off the slime and occasional barnacles with a scraper it lasted sometimes more than 2 years and we're in a slip in SE Florida.
