chrysler bucaneer 18

I found an old buccaneer I'm considering buying and restoring but I have one concern. It is sitting on the trailer and the bottom has collapsed in from the weight of the boat....probably been on the trailer for years. How serious of a problem do you guys think this would be? any help or advice appreciated!!!!

What is the trailer worth to you, then deduct the cost of tipping the pile of jonk sitting on it.
