Chem toilet to reg. hand flush head

Hello everyone...
I looking to buy a Searunner 31 but I'm being over ruled due to many of the vessels having a chem toilet.
Has anyone converted "refitted" a chem toilet to a regular flush Jabsco or equivalent?.....

I have no plans to offer for the question/discussion....but....since they are "DIY" built mostly.....can it be done?

I think I can sell a composting toilet to the family.
For where I'm going and how I'm gong to use the boat.....I think it will work for us.
There's always some kind of a trade off when your cruising around....
