Catalina 30 Window Latch Busted

I and the busy owner of a 1989 Catalina 30. New furler, new bilge pump switch, new thermostat housing. All this for a "sweet little boat" per the marine surveyor. Okay griping done.

So I left the windows open last night, when I come back today to fix the bilge pump switch, I dutifully closed, or tried to close the windows. The prior owner helpfully greased the seals (because the frame has a bulge), so overnight the seals must have swelled. *snap* I broke a latch. Now I am willing to jury rig this, but maybe I can get a new latch handle? Obviously I'll try to smooth out that bump or use a softer gasket.
